What we’re looking for: 

An energetic, enthusiastic Recruiter to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

The responsibilities of this position will vary but will be primarily focused on resume sourcing, initial phone screens, proactive outreaches of potential candidates, and scheduling / coordination of the interview process. The expectation is that this person will be in-person, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM. Remote work and flexible scheduling will be available as needed. 

 

This position is one we hold in high regard in order to maintain our excellence in hiring the best candidates within the security industry.  Specific duties to include:  

 

  • Update job descriptions, including crafting those for new positions 
  • Post new requisitions using applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, Indeed, and NextGen website 
  • Proactive resume sourcing for candidates at all NextGen offices 
  • Coordination and management of the interview process from start to finish, including excellent candidate communication 
  • Oversight of applicant tracking system, including crafting posting questions and appropriate candidate responses 
  • Manage documentation associated with an applicant from phone screen to in-person interview 
  • Conduct initial phone screens of candidates 
  • Comply with all applicable laws in regards to hiring 
  • Manage recruiter relationships as needed 
  • Maintain resume database, reaching out to past candidates for open positions as needed 
  • Initiate and manage reference process for all candidates 
  • Provide weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers and Director of HR 

 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. 
  • Proficient with computer, business solutions, and Microsoft Office software.  
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to    customers, vendors and to those within the company.  
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers and other     personnel at all times.  
  • Commitment to integrity and Company Standards and Procedures.  
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must and ability to handle confidential information.
