COSTARS (Pennsylvania)

NextGen Security is a proud participant in the COSTARS program, offering our expertise in Security and Surveillance & Fire Alarm Systems and Services. COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program, enabling registered and eligible Pennsylvania local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities to access contracts established by DGS for cost-effective and efficient procurement.

The program enhances procurement savings, fosters partnerships between Members and the Commonwealth, and provides competitive pricing. Under the Commonwealth Procurement Code, DGS is authorized to enter into cooperative purchasing contracts solely for the use of its members, ensuring compliance and efficiency in procurement processes.

How to Obtain a Quote

Eligible Pennsylvania LPPUs and state-affiliated entities must register as COSTARS members to access the contract. Contact NextGen Security for a quote citing contract number 040-E22-168.

NextGen Security makes no guarantee or warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, except where such a warranty is specified in this agreement, that the system or services supplied will avert or prevent occurrence, or the consequences therefrom, which the system has been designed to detect, avert or prevent. If NextGen Security should be found liable for loss or damage due to failure of service or equipment in any respect, its liability shall be limited to the value of the equipment or $ 250.00 whichever is lower. Under no circumstances shall NextGen Security be responsible to Purchaser for loss or theft of Purchaser property, equipment, intellectual property, personal information, or any damages or loss flowing therefrom. Purchaser understands that in all cases NextGen Security is not responsible for the preservation of any Purchaser owned network, computer programs or data. Purchaser understands and agrees maintaining adequate back-up of all programs and data is not the responsibility of NextGen Security

Return Policies

NextGen Security accepts returns in accordance with the return policies of the applicable manufacturers and distributors from which products are purchased. Customers should refer to the specific manufacturer or distributor terms for eligibility, timing, and conditions of any returns.
