State Contract Vehicles for Georgia and Pennsylvania

Georgia Statewide Contract – STATEWIDE CONTRACT: #99999-SPD0000172-007

The Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), State Purchasing Division, has established a Statewide Contract for Integrated Security and Surveillance Products and Services. NextGen Security, in collaboration with leading integrators is an authorized vendor under this contract.

This contract is mandated for use by State and Local Government entities within the State of Georgia. Its purpose is to deliver surveillance and security products and services tailored to meet the operational enterprise needs of Authorized Users across the entire state. Included in this contract are top-of-the-line CCTV equipment, along with installation and associated services.

Pennsylvania COSTARS Contract – Subject Number: 040-E22-168

NextGen Security is a proud participant in the COSTARS program, offering our expertise in Security and Surveillance & Fire Alarm Systems and Services. COSTARS, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program, enables registered and eligible Pennsylvania local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities to access contracts established by DGS for cost-effective and efficient procurement.

The goals of the COSTARS program are multifaceted, aiming to enhance procurement savings, foster partnerships between Members and the Commonwealth, and provide competitive pricing for contracts. Under the Commonwealth Procurement Code, DGS is authorized to enter into cooperative purchasing contracts solely for the use of its Members, ensuring compliance and efficiency in procurement processes.

Eligible Pennsylvania LPPUs and state-affiliated entities are required to register as COSTARS members to access contracts. Additionally, businesses interested in participating as Suppliers in the COSTARS program must register in the PA Supplier Portal to receive a vendor number and bid on statewide or COSTARS-exclusive contracts.
