Service Field Supervisor
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Service Field Supervisor electronic security assistant project manager to join our fast growing and dynamic team. This position will work directly with the Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Service Technicians, and clients to solve complex problems and have direct oversight in the field.
What you’ll be doing:
This position will have multiple roles ranging from: attending customer onsite meetings, assisting with resource scheduling, training entry level resources, onsite technician support, service incident quality control, and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as a valuable point of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position.
- High-end and/or complex service calls for customers
- Ride-alongs with technicians for training and quality control purposes
- Manage quality standard for all service calls
- Oversee the transition from the installation to service team(s)
- Handle the on-call schedule for technicians
- Safely operate a company vehicle
- Schedule preventative maintenance opportunities with clients
- Oversee, schedule, and bill service-related projects
- Attend on-site customer meetings as needed
- Supervise field technicians, including overseeing timesheets and other administrative / management tasks
What you bring to the table:
- 5-10 years of experience in the field in the security industry
- Certifications in Lenel, CCURE, Genetec (Access & Video), and Avigilon, as well as at least (1) advanced certification
- Strong organizational skills.
- Superior problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
