About the Job
What we’re looking for:
An analytical and organized Data Analyst to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.
What you’ll be doing:
The responsibilities of this position will vary but will be primarily focused on activities related to supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position will also focus on optimizing department processes, enhancing data integrity, and building lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business.
The standard work hours for this employee are 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Remote work and flexible scheduling may be available as needed.
This position is one we hold in high regard to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve. Specific duties include:
- Work with corporate admin team (Finance/Accounting, IT, HR) to develop and maintain source data used for reporting, analysis, and auditing.
- Migrate legacy reporting to new BI platform.
- Evaluate existing reporting processes to identify opportunities for automation and improved data integrity.
- Support the corporate admin team in the creation and maintenance of new reports and dashboards to provide insights to leadership.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of financial and/or data analytics and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math or a related field – or related work experience.
- Advanced Excel skills with focus on organizing data, automation, and reporting.
- Experience using Power Query and Power Pivot in conjunction with Excel and other Microsoft suite applications such as Sharepoint, Teams, and Dataverse.
- Python or SQL experience helpful but not required.
- Ability to manipulate data with great attention to detail as well as understand the flow of data within database applications.
