General Manager, Houston 

What we’re looking for: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our Houston operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational expertise, a deep understanding of the security integration industry, and the ability to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

As General Manager – Houston, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, strong team leadership, and the highest level of service excellence for our customers. Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Strong oversight of Houston office. 
  • Lead and manage sales, service, operations, and engineering managers. 
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality control, and profitability. 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the executive point of contact. 
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies across all operations. 
  • Drive forecasting, billing, and work-in-process management to optimize financial performance. 
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local operations with company-wide initiatives. 

  

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, management, and business development within the security industry. 
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. 
  • A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team. 
  • Commitment to integrity and company standards, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth, improve efficiencies, and enhance service offerings.
